If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we will gladly exchange or refund your money. This does not affect your statutory rights. Should you wish to return the item(s) for any reason, the following conditions apply:

Returns must be arranged within 14 days of receipt of goods for the UK or 28 days for the rest of the world. The returns note that is generated must accompany the item(s) you wish to return. Failure to do so will prevent us from processing any refunds or exchanges. All goods must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Please take care when unpacking & repacking. Please ensure that briefs are tried on over your own lingerie we will not accept returns on lingerie that has been worn or is returned in a soiled condition. Only remove the hygiene liner once you are completely satisfied with the product. Removal of the liner renders the product non returnable, unless the goods do not comply with the Sale of Goods Act. We cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit. We recommend that you send by registered post & retain proof of posting. Refunds and exchanges are made approximately two weeks after receipt of goods to allow for inspection. Customers who have paid by credit card will have their accounts credited. We will not make refunds to a third party.

As soon as we receive your returned goods we will process your request. Replacement goods held in stock will be dispatched within seven working days. If your chosen substitute is not in stock we will contact you to offer either an alternative or a refund.
